Weddzilla™ Privacy Policy
Weddzilla, LLC, a Virginia limited liability company (" we ," " us " or " Weddzilla™ "), has established this Privacy Policy to demonstrate our commitment to protecting your personally identifiable information and informing you how we handle it. This Privacy Policy only applies to transactions and activities in which you engage and for all data gathered on the Weddzilla.com web site (and any other web site we own and operate, the "sites") and in communications between us.
Please review this Privacy Policy periodically as we may modify it from time to time. Each time you visit our web site or provide us with information, you are thereby accepting the practices described in our Privacy Policy as then in effect. Capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings defined in our Terms of Use.

Weddzilla logs IP addresses and browser types for system administration purposes, to diagnose problems with the sites and to help identify and gather broad demographic information about our Users. This information will be analyzed to constantly improve the value of the materials and services available on or thought the sites.
(d) Soliciting Quotes for Projects
When signing up for or using Weddzilla services through any service page, you may choose to supply Weddzilla and Vendors with such information as name and contact information, gender, birth date, occupation and industry, shipping and billing information, credit card numbers and other payment information, behavior patterns, purchase history other information. To the extent that any such information is provided to Vendors outside the site, it will not be subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
2. USE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
(a) Use by Weddzilla™
We will primarily use your personally identifiable information to provide Weddzilla services and the services of Vendors and other Users in the manner described on the sites and in the Terms of Use. We also use personally identifiable information to improve our marketing and promotional efforts, to analyze site usage, to improve our site and Service offerings, and to customize our sites. We may use personally identifiable information to deliver information to you and to contact you regarding administrative notices or other events or activities we believe will be of interest to you . We may also use personally identifiable information to resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems and enforce our agreements and Terms of Use with you , Vendors and other Users, including but not limited to our Acceptable Use Policy and this Privacy Policy.
(b) Use by Weddzilla™ Vendors
Weddzilla provides a business communication, solicitation, quoting, advertising and contracting tool for buyers and sellers of wedding products and services to do business together in a more efficient and reliable manner. Weddzilla and its Vendors use your personally identifiable information to deliver their goods and services, to communicate with you and to operate their respective web sites and businesses. Weddzilla requires that all of its Vendors agree to and comply with its Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy and further encourages them to adopt and post privacy policies consistent herewith.
However, the use of your personally identifiable information by our Vendors is, in the final analysis, under their control and not Weddzilla's. You hereby agree to waive and release us from any claim or liability relating in any way to or resulting from any actions or omissions of such Vendors, including but not limited to their breach of their own privacy policies. Both Weddzilla and its Vendors may also use your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available therefrom.
Weddzilla provides opt-in and opt-out opportunities for receiving Weddzilla notifications and will always honor Your decisions in such regard. However, despite our good faith efforts, we cannot ensure nor be responsible for any failure by any Vendor to act responsibly.
(c) Links
Our sites contain links to many sites operated by other parties, and new ones are added all the time. Some of these other web sites may contain our name and trademarks; others may not. When you click on these links and visit these other web sites, regardless of whether or not they contain our name and trademarks, you need to be aware that we do not control these other web sites, or the business practices of the owners or operators thereof, and this Privacy Policy does not apply to these other web sites. It applies to our Weddzilla sites only. Any information you submit to linked sites or which is collected by such linked sites will be subject to the privacy policies of those sites, if any. Also, the operators of those sites may collect different kinds of information about you and may use and disclose that information in different ways than we would if it were collected on our site. You should review those policies carefully and we remind you that we are not responsible for the actions of those sites or operators.
(d) Legal Disclosures
We may disclose personally identifiable information if required to do so by law, by order of court or by other administrative authority, to cooperate with law enforcement or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to prevent injury or property damage to us or others. Weddzilla does not host the Sites itself, but rather, uses established commercial hosting providers. ACCORDINGLY, WEDDZILLA™ DOES NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT THE SITES OR OUR DATA STORAGE FACILITIES WILL NEVER BE SUBJECT TO AN UNAUTHORIZED INTRUSION, AN UNLAWFUL DIVERSION OR OTHER ERROR AND WE HEREBY DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY RESULTING THEREFROM IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TERMS OF USE.
(g) Special Cases In Which Personal Data May Be Shared
Your personally identifiable information may be shared with a third party in the event of a transfer of ownership of Weddzilla. We may also disclose personally identifiable information when we determine that such disclosure is necessary to protect the interests or safety of Weddzilla the sites or other Users.
Aside from personally identifiable information, Weddzilla collects non-identifying general or generic aggregate information that is not directly attributable or traceable to you to measure the performance of and better design our sites and services. We may sometimes share such aggregate data with advertisers and other third parties.
(h) Changes to This Policy
If we decide to change this Privacy Policy, we will post those changes on the sites so that you will always know what information we gather and how we might use or disclose it.
